With 20+ years of work experience in Environment and Sustainability, Benjamin is the Green Building Regional Lead for East Asia and the Pacific at the International Finance Corporation. He is based in Jakarta since 2025 and supervises the programs of the Climate Business Department in the Region, with an emphasis on Green and Resilient Buildings (EDGE and BRI platforms), and Apex Green Cities. Prior to IFC, Benjamin was for 15 years part of SGS, the leading company in Testing, Inspection and Certification based in Switzerland, holding various regional and global management roles in its in Environmental, Health & Safety Division across Europe and Africa.
